Don’t be afraid to tell someone they will not be angry with you but instead they will be happy and will get things sorted out. You must not feel under pressure to tell someone that you don't feel comfortable telling. Parents, Members of staff at your school, Child line or your friends will all help you. Items such as a worry box which is designed to help people with problems would help but if your school doesn't have one it may be a good idea to suggest one. |
